Minimum 3 year of post-qualification experience in relevant area including at least 1 year in Renewable Energy/Solar Power.Should have experience in Construction & Monitoring, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance, Forecasting of generation, fault analysis of Renewable Energy / Solar Energy Projects. Oversee the construction activities of solar power projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.Ensure quality control during construction phases.Document construction activities and maintain accurate records.Conduct testing and commissioning of solar power systems, including PV panels, inverters, and associated equipment.Perform performance testing and ensure compliance with technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the commissioning process.Prepare commissioning reports and documentation.Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from recognized University/institute. Additional qualification in Renewable Energy/Solar Power will be added advantages.

Minimum 5-10 Years Civil & Structural Drafting experience in RCC & Steel Structures works. Should be conversant with Autocad,MS Excel & 3D Cad.Preferable work experience in industrial projects/Solar/RE.Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings, including general arrangement drawings, foundation plans, reinforcement details, steel fabrication drawings, and structural sections.Develop and revise drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) using MS Excel.

Minimum 10-12 Years Civil & Structural Design experience in RCC & Steel Structures works. Should be conversant with Internation codes & latest Software like STAAD Pro. Preferable Work experience should be Petrochemical, Industrial & Power Plant projects.Perform detailed structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and structural steel frameworks.Develop structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and international codes.Utilize STAAD Pro and other relevant software for structural modeling, analysis, and design optimization.Conduct load calculations, including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic loads, and other environmental loads.Prepare and review design reports, technical specifications, and construction drawings.
