Oversee end-to-end Pre-Sales operations, ensuring all parameters are met within pre-decided TATs. Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align Pre-Sales activities with business goals. Ensure consistent follow-ups and effective lead nurturing to maximize site visits and conversions. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure the achievement of monthly site visit and booking targets. Process Optimization & Automation Develop process flows to streamline Pre-Sales operations and enhance efficiency. Work with the in-house tech team to automate Pre-Sales processes, improving lead management and tracking. Customer Engagement & Sales Strategy Understand customer needs and provide suitable investment or end-use options. Ensure high-quality engagement and drive prospects for site visits. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in response to market trends and competitor behavior. Maintain a healthy lead-to-site visit conversion ratio and track performance. Collaboration & Demand Generation Work with the marketing team to execute demand-generating activities such as trade shows, expos, and customer workshops. Liaise with internal teams to align pre-sales strategies with business objectives. Training & Development Conduct Pre-Sales training sessions for the team and ensure knowledge sharing. Keep the team updated with latest industry trends and customer engagement techniques.
