Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews. To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our job portals, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources. Work with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Source & Screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds. Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity. Manage the entire staffing process: recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization. Design recruitment advertisements for posting in newspapers, internet and other recruiting sources. Coordinate with the hiring manager to understand all key job functions and qualifications required for each open position. Utilize all available information to post the position internally and externally. Articulate required candidate attributes, career value proposition, market positioning, and compensation/relocation parameters. Conduct passive sourcing by mining networking websites, attending user groups, etc. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements & Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process Referral Checks. /Induction Programs./Connect with Internal Employees for References, maintain necessary dashboards./Other routine HR matters. Handle the overall function of HR department from entry to Exits.
