Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about projects. Qualify potential buyers by understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct property tours in person and highlight key features of available properties. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from presales to the closing process. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Assist with lead generation and follow-up on existing leads. Support marketing initiatives such as property exhibitions, webinars, and other presales events. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up Explain projects, property details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details on the MIS doc. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement and conversion. Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively. Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present properties effectively to diverse clients. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of local real estate markets .
