Role & responsibilities Conducting customer interactions over calls in a professional manner. Assisting customers with financial or travel-related inquiries and issues. Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Demonstrating empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints. Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction levels. Preferred candidate profile Graduates and undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International BPO can apply. Familiarity with BPO operations and processes.
