Job Description

Job Responsibilities Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed. • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to replenish inventory in a timely manner, taking into account demand forecasts and sales trends. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments. Generate inventory reports on a regular basis, providing insights into stock levels, turnover rates, and any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and inventory management software. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player. • Familiarity with inventory management best practices and principles.
