Job Description

Job Title: Application Support Engineer (RPA) Location: Andheri Department: IT/Technical Support Job Summary: The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level applications. This role involves process monitoring, responding to user issues, managing incident resolution, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident Management: - Monitor and respond to scheduled processes and support tickets in a timely manner. - Diagnose and troubleshoot application/process issues. - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams. - Track and document incident resolution activities. 2. User Support: - Provide user support and training for application-related queries. - Assist users with system navigation and functionality. 3. Application Maintenance: - Perform regular application maintenance tasks such as updates and patches. - Ensure applications are running optimally and securely. - Coordinate with development teams post software releases and upgrades. 4. System Monitoring: - Monitor application performance and system health. - Identify potential issues and proactively address them. - Utilize monitoring tools to ensure application availability and reliability. 5. Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes and procedures. - Document known issues and their resolutions for future reference. 6. Collaboration: - Work closely with IT and development teams to resolve issues. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. Qualifications: - Education: Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience:- 0.5 to 4 years of experience in an application support role. - Experience with enterprise-level software applications is a plus. - Technical Skills: (Optional) - Proficiency in SQL, databases, and scripting languages. - Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Service Now). - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Good Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in supporting specific applications used within the organization. - Understanding of network and infrastructure components. - Good Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Working Conditions: - On-call support may be required for critical issues. - Rotational Shift and Rotational Week Offs Interested candidate can send their Resumes on jayashree.aatipamula@acxtech.co.in
