We are looking for a Collection Process Associate with a minimum of 1 year of international voice experience to manage overdue accounts in an International BPO . Key Responsibilities: Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payments. Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment arrangements. Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues when necessary. Meet collection targets and ensure positive customer relations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of international voice experience .
