Role & responsibilities Handle real-time voice calls and chat with customer queries Handle email queries and respond promptly Attempt to provide resolutions on the first interaction with customers Handle multiple cases at the same time with varying degrees of severity Update customers on the progress of their cases regularly Preferred candidate profile CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT COMMAND OVER ENGLISH ( APPLICABLE TO CANDIDATES WHO POSSESS EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WITHOUT ANY GRAMMATICAL ERRORS HAVING GOOD SENTENCE STRUCTURE WITH NO MTIs (Mother tongue influence) . CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT READING AND WRITING SKILLS. CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ADAPTIVE TOWARDS NIGHT SHIFTS ( NO DAY SHIFTS IN SUTHERLAND) CANDIDATES SHOULD BE WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
