We have Opening of Regional HR in our Organization Location - Mumbai CTC Budget - No bar for Right candidate Qualification - Graduation / MBA ( HR) Minimum 1 to 5 years experience is required in bulk hiring in BFSI Industry or any other Industry. JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. 2) Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, portals & employee referrals. 3) Screen candidates resumes and job applications. 4) Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. 5) Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes Responsible for scheduling interviews, offer negotiations and closing the positions. 6) Maintaining database and recruitment tracker.
