Job Description

We are hiring for International BPOs for voice process only, catering to the US and UK markets in Customer Service, Sales, and 3rd Party Collections (inbound and outbound). Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. Resolve customer problems in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide product/service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service and compliance with standards. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to effectively assist customers. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of experience in International voice process. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Comfortable working in 24*7 shifts.
