Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule appointments accordingly. Assist in salary negotiations and finalize offers for selected candidates. Provide end-to-end recruitment support from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
