Job Title: Recruiter (Entry-Level) Location: Onsite – Gurgaon or Nearby Preferred Experience: 3 to 6 months (Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Industry) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has begun their journey in recruitment and is looking to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and next steps Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates Support the team in achieving monthly hiring targets Key Requirements: 3–6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting or staffing firm Familiarity with sourcing tools and resume databases (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment Bachelor’s degree in any field Preferred Candidate: Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon or nearby areas Comfortable with onsite work Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred Why Join Us?
