Role & Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of Aasaan.apps eCommerce platform, features, and benefits. Regularly update and manage the contact list of potential leads and existing customers. Proactively reach out to potential businesses and brief them about Aasaan.app’s solutions. Achieve sales and conversion targets set by the organization. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to better serve clients. Build and nurture positive relationships with potential and existing customers. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities. Requirements: Proficiency in English, Hindi is mandatory Graduate or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or a similar role. Experience with eCommerce platforms or SaaS-based applications is preferred. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Ability to adapt communication style based on customer needs. Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and attention to detail. Familiarity with cultural norms and diverse customer perspectives.
