Job Description

We are looking for IT Recruiter for Remote. If you are available , please send your cv to info@cartafella.com Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and define job requirements for various IT positions. Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates. Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, and networking events. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process. Manage the recruitment pipeline, track candidate progress, and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates. Provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers following interviews and facilitate discussions for decision-making. Negotiate job offers, salaries, and employment terms with selected candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, acting as a liaison between the company and the candidate throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to optimize recruitment strategies. Required skills and experience 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar technical recruiting role. Familiarity with various IT job functions and understanding of key technical skills and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, cloud technologies). Strong experience in IT Infrastructural Side Strong experience in Boolean search in Naukri and Naukri Gulf and other portals Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct behavioural interviews. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find technical talent. Middle east hiring experience is preferrable Note: We are looking somebody who can stick on with us for long run meeting targets.
