Please find below details regarding this opportunity: Location-Noida,62 Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with company goals and target audience segments. Content Creation: Design and write compelling, personalized email content that drives engagement, conversions, and sales. List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure that emails are sent to the right audience, increasing open rates and engagement. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTA buttons, and sending times to optimize performance and deliverability. Automation: Implement and manage automated email workflows, including welcome emails, drip campaigns, and transactional emails. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly. CRM Integration: Work with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of email marketing with customer relationship management platforms. Compliance: Ensure email marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager, or similar role. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity. Experience with email campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce or B2B email marketing. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually compelling emails. Basic knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
