The role primarily involves handling inquiries, providing guidance to prospective students, and converting leads into enrollments. Key responsibilities include: Counseling & Query Handling: Handle inbound queries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions for all ITM institutions. Provide detailed information about courses, programs, and admissions, addressing prospective students' needs. Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Generate leads through calls and emails by promoting the institutions offerings. Follow up with prospective students to ensure they have the necessary information and encourage them to apply. Tele-Counseling & Database Management: Conduct tele-counseling sessions to understand students' educational goals and guide them to the right programs. Maintain and update the CRM system with all relevant student details and follow-up information. Sales & Target Achievement: Convert leads into enrollments and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regularly monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics. Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to meet lead generation and conversion goals. Provide feedback on student inquiries to enhance the counseling process and improve the sales funnel.
