The focus will be on content related to communication, soft skills, and basic professional behavior especially in the context of BFSI roles. This role also involves working with subject experts, editing content, and helping with classroom and blended learning programs. Skills Required Strong written English and basic formatting skills Comfortable using MS Office especially PowerPoint and Word Ability to simplify complex topics and make content more engaging Some exposure to BFSI sector content or training is helpful Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or any AI tools is good to have Should be able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Key Responsibilities Create basic and easy-to-understand training content based on inputs from trainers or subject matter experts Build PowerPoint presentations, participant workbooks, and simple job aids for classroom training sessions Support the development of content for BFSI topics like banking basics, customer handling, and compliance awareness Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Canva AI (with training) to support faster content creation Proofread and format documents for clarity and flow Coordinate with internal teams and external trainers to gather content ideas and feedback Help with communication skills and soft skills sessions when required
