Job Description

Role & responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries through chat, voice, or non-voice support channels promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information to resolve customer issues and queries. Ensure a polite, professional, and empathetic demeanor in all interactions. Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution. Data Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions to improve the customer support process. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and services. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Graduation in 2024, 2023, or 2022 . Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . Experience: Prior experience in chat, voice, or non-voice customer support is highly preferred.
