The role involves sales strategy execution, team management, market analysis, deal closures, and post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the closing sales team to achieve targets (volume & value) Conduct market and project feasibility studies Handle negotiations, closures, and post-sales processes Address and resolve customer concerns Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions Collaborate with leadership for pricing, sales strategy, and key decisions Ensure compliance with sales procedures and timely reporting Skills: Strong leadership and team management Proven track record in real estate sales closures Market-savvy with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
