Creating a project schedule and organizing project logistics. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks. Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time. Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves. Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project. Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management. Coordinate with the accounts team to verify the advance payment before proceeding with the dispatch. Handling logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods, addressing any potential issues or delays. Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and Manager, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and solutions related to logistics and delivery.
