Negotiating payment plans and arrangements with clients to facilitate debt resolution. Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions related to accounts receivable. Collaborating with internal teams, such as billing and accounting, to resolve issues and improve collection processes.
