Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage disbursement process from loan sanction to final disbursal. Ensure timely processing of loan applications within TAT (Turnaround Time). Coordinate with sales team for lead generation and conversion. Conduct credit operations, including risk assessment and documentation. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Preferred candidate profile 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry. Strong understanding of Credit Operations, Disbursement, Sanction processes. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
