Roles and Responsibilities Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Lead a team of professionals to achieve targets in home loans, mortgage loans, and other financial products. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication skills. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in branch handling or team management in banking or finance industry. Strong understanding of local market trends and regulations (Dahod location preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
