Role & responsibilities Job Title : AI Project Manager Location : Chennai (work from Office)-Full time We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and oversee AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain, AI agents, and decentralized systems. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions. Key Responsibilities : Lead AI and blockchain-based projects from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate with developers, researchers, and external partners. Oversee the development of AI-powered decentralized applications and smart contracts. Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices. Document technical specifications, whitepapers, and research findings. Monitor emerging AI and blockchain trends to implement cutting-edge solutions. Requirements : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI, blockchain development, or project management. Proficiency in AI frameworks (LLMs, SLMs, NLP, Llama CPP) and blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Starknet, Hyperledger, Polkadot). Strong programming knowledge in Rust, Solidity, JavaScript, Python, and Go. Experience with smart contracts, decentralized exchanges, and NFT marketplaces. Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions (Optimistic & ZK Rollups). Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in DeFi, DAOs, or Web3 projects. Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Published research or contributions to AI/blockchain communities.
