Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in real estate or construction sites and should be capable of managing day-to-day site activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Ensure safety, quality, and progress of works at the site. Verify materials and work progress according to project schedule. Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to Project Manager. Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards. Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice when needed. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in real estate/construction site management. Strong knowledge in site execution, drawings, materials, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an added advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work at different project sites as required.
