Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet forecasted hiring needs. Maintain recruitment reports, track candidate status, and provide updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
