Job Description

Job Title: Cluster Manager PPP Model Location: GMC Nagpur Department: Operations Reporting To: Regional Head / Business Head Job Summary: The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple healthcare centers under the PPP model. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with government regulations, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving business growth within the assigned cluster. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare centers within the cluster. Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards as per the PPP agreement. Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and operational efficiency at all centers. Address and resolve operational challenges in coordination with center managers. 2. Compliance & Regulatory Management Ensure adherence to government healthcare policies, regulatory norms, and PPP contractual obligations. Handle audits, documentation, and reporting as required by authorities. Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate any operational risks. 3. Business & Financial Performance Monitor and achieve revenue and profitability targets for the cluster. Optimize resource utilization and manage cost efficiencies. Ensure timely billing, revenue collection, and financial reconciliation with government agencies. 4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Liaise with government officials, hospital authorities, and public health representatives. Act as the key point of contact between private and public sector stakeholders. Build strong partnerships with doctors, medical staff, and other service providers. 5. Team Leadership & HR Management Supervise and guide center managers, technicians, and administrative staff. Identify training and development needs for staff and ensure capacity building. Monitor employee performance and resolve HR-related issues. 6. Quality & Patient Care Ensure high standards of patient care and service excellence at all centers. Address patient grievances and implement service improvement initiatives. Regularly review feedback and implement corrective actions for service enhancement. 7. Reporting & MIS Maintain and submit periodic operational and financial reports to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure continuous improvements. Implement data-driven decision-making for cluster-level improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a PPP model or multi-center setup. Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of government healthcare policies and PPP frameworks. Financial acumen and understanding of P&L management. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Center operational efficiency and uptime. Compliance with regulatory and PPP contract requirements. Revenue growth and financial sustainability. Employee performance and retention. Patient satisfaction scores.
