Role & responsibilities Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our logistics operations across PAN India, with a specific focus on Maharashtra and Karnataka . The ideal candidate will oversee the transportation and shipment of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and efficiency in our logistics processes, while being based in Hyderabad . Key Responsibilities: Manage Shipments: Coordinate and oversee shipments for various locations, particularly in Maharashtra (Karanji) and Karnataka (Kolar, Palamaner, Chittoor, and Bangalore Airport). Logistics Coordination: Handle all logistics operations from our base in Hyderabad , ensuring smooth functioning across Andhra Pradesh , Maharashtra , and Karnataka . Supplier and Vendor Management: Collaborate with transporters, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline logistics operations and maintain strong relationships. Route Optimization: Analyze and plan efficient routes for transportation to minimize costs and transit times while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation accurately; provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities and shipment status. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistics issues proactively, including delays, discrepancies, and other challenges that may arise during operations.
