Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Chat Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, providing accurate information about insurance policies, claims, coverage, and other related topics. Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or escalate to appropriate departments as needed. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's insurance products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance in all customer interactions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Any Graduate can apply. (Undergraduate candidates should not apply) Communication Skills: Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience: Should have 1 year of experience only in International live chat process in a customer service role. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and offer practical solutions. Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility: Candidate should be comfortable with 24/7 shift, also should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week off. Perks and benefits Lucrative incentives.
