Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for the US and UK markets. Provide effective resolutions to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively. Accurately document all interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction. Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
