Job Location- Gurgaon Work Mode- WFO(5days) Shift Timings:- 5:00pm- 2:00am We are looking for motivated, energetic, and proactive BBA graduates to join our Inside Sales team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Manage and follow up with leads and customers to drive sales conversions. Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new market opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and leads. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management. Provide product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Skills and Qualifications: Recent graduate with a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn about the sales process. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuit of sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus. Previous experience in sales, internships, or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not required.
