Designation: Linux Administration. Experience: 4+ years Location: Hennur Road, Bangalore (WFO) Job Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced . You will handle technical support of new deployments, ongoing support in meeting SLA targets, and response to customer technical issues. The Ideal Candidate Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, such as Information Systems, certifications, or equivalent experience Minimum 4+ years experience automating Linux systems, utilizing BASH, python, or perl. Strongly preferred: ANSIBLE experience Minimum 4+ years of related work experience with a focus on troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement in IT Understand how to read and interpret Linux output, using Linux commands, and execute fixes Functional knowledge working with routers, VLANs, Linux, SSH, etc. Strong written and spoken English skills Strong customer service skills with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Proven experience in 24/7 technical support organizations Proven experience in a data-driven approach to support management Effective at building partnerships at all levels within the company and externally Sincerely, Varsha L TS
