Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Workday Project Lead to manage Workday implementations, optimizations, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday modules, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday projects from implementation to optimization. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources. Gather requirements and configure Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, etc.). Oversee integrations, data migrations, and reporting. Provide expert guidance and training to stakeholders. Work with vendors and partners to ensure project success. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, HR, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of Workday experience with proven project leadership. Strong Workday configuration, reporting, and integration skills. Proficiency in Agile or Waterfall project management. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Workday certifications (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience in global Workday implementations and multi-country payroll. Knowledge of Workday security roles and business processes.
