Hi, We have an urgent job opportunity for a Non IT recruiter role. Only immediate joiners can apply (Who can Join in 4-5 Days) Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process by managing logistics and follow-ups. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Advise clients/managers on market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment strategies. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates. Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in salary negotiations and offer management. Coordinate background checks and documentation for onboarding. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
