We Are Hiring | US Title Accountant Location : Coimbatore Shift : Night Shift (Monday Friday) CTC : Best in Industry About the Role We are looking for a US Title Accountant with expertise in real estate accounting, financial reporting, and US taxation. This role involves managing financial operations for rental properties, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, lease accounting, and compliance with US tax laws. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Accounts Payable & Receivable – Manage vendor invoices, rent payments, security deposits, and collections. Bank Reconciliation – Ensure accurate records by reconciling property management bank accounts. Budgeting & Expense Tracking – Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cost control. Lease & Tenant Ledger Management – Maintain lease records, payment schedules, and tenant balances. General Ledger & Compliance – Ensure proper recording of all transactions, adjusting entries, and property-specific allocations. US Taxation – Handle 1099, 1065, 1040 filings, and support property tax compliance. Audit Support – Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance. Experience: 3+ years in US Accounting, AR/AP, Property Accounting, and Taxation. Software Proficiency: Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, Buildium, QuickBooks, Sage. Communication: Strong verbal and written skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze discrepancies and provide accurate solutions.
