Role & Responsibilities : The ideal candidates are those with at least one year of work experience in a voice call center in the US process and time zone who can provide excellent service by actively listening to customers calling from the US, understanding the purpose of their calls/emails, answering questions, resolving issues, and creating positive experiences for customers through inbound calls. Preferred candidate profile : Higher Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. 2. One-Two years of customer service experience in a call center in the US time zone. 3. Proficient in using modern CRM systems with accuracy and speed. 4. Active listener with effective verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking and time management. 6. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails efficiently. 7. Professional demeanor in all customer contacts. 8.
