Job Description

Title: US - Corporate Recruiter Work location: Remote Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night shift) Job Description: - Responsible for Hiring candidate for our USA Office. Pipeline candidate, Interview candidates, scheduling and Onboarding. - Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews - Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database. - Source, screen, and recruit candidates for USA In-house roles such as PowerBI Developer, Account Manager, Accountant etc. - Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment tools to attract top talent. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding. - Conduct initial interviews and technical screening to assess candidate fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Provide a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and feedback. - Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements. - Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment strategies. - Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
