Greetings!!! We are looking for a HR Operations - US - Global Pharma Company at Bangalore. Position Overview As an HR Operations Specialist, you will manage a wide range of HR functions to ensure efficient and compliant operations. This includes responsibilities in employee lifecycle management, data management, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS maintenance. You will be the point of contact for employee inquiries and contribute to enhancing HR processes. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management : Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions to ensure a seamless experience for all employees. HRIS Management : Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Benefits Administration : Support benefits enrollments, respond to employee benefits inquiries, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues. Compliance and Documentation : Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain and organize employee records, policies, and procedures. Payroll Support : Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accuracy in payroll processing, including employee status changes, tax forms, and deductions. Policy Development and Implementation : Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing assistance and escalating issues as needed. HR Metrics and Reporting : Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics, providing insights for decision-making. Shift Timings would be - 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
