The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing consultants on the bench to secure new projects and ensure optimal placement opportunities. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with fixed weekends off. Key Responsibilities: Market IT consultants on the bench to clients and vendors to identify suitable project opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors and clients. Identify new vendors and clients to expand business opportunities. Maintain an updated database of consultants, clients, and vendors. Work towards achieving monthly targets and placement goals. Effectively communicate consultants' skills and experience to clients. Work Schedule: Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (US Shift). Work Days: Monday to Friday. Weekends Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday off. Work Model: 3 Days Work from Office. 2 Days Work from Home. Requirements: Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment. Strong understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with US visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
