Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for building and managing a network of trusted partners (vendors/clients) while placing our talented consultants in high-demand positions across the US job market. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to place consultants through various channels (job boards, networking, social media, direct outreach). Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and US CITIZEN) using Job Boards like Dice, indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. Strong understanding of the IT job market, trends, and client requirements and work with consultants to articulate the resume as per client requirements for every position. Cultivate and expand relationships within the vendor and client community, particularly those with a proven track record in the industry, to secure direct positions for our candidates Track and analyze recruitment metrics, reporting on submissions and interviews and identifying areas for improvement on daily team meetings . Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding bench placement targets. Manage the entire placement process, ensuring smooth transitions for both consultants and vendors/clients. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all placements and consultant profiles. Qualifications: Proven experience of 2-5 years as a IT Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry. Familiarity with bench sales processes, including working with H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, GC, US Citizen, and other visa statuses. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both vendors/clients and consultants. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting tools. Need to have good knowledge of the US Staffing processes and different working methods like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp, Corp to hire. Knowledge about the US Recruitment Cycle which includes Contracts (NDA, SOW, PO), Time Zones, etc. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive Salary + Health Insurance + Placement Incentive Working Hours: 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST Nov to March (Night Shift - Mon to Fri) 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST Apr to Oct (Night Shift - Mon to Fri) Hours to fit with EST time zone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
