AttJob Details: Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Education: Graduate/Postgraduate Shift Timings: Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST) What We Are Looking For: Experience: 2 to 7 years in US IT Recruitment Strong expertise in US staffing processes and industry best practices Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms Excellent networking and relationship-building skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Willingness to work in night shifts Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions. Manage multiple job openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and client management software. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates.
