Job Summary: Asoft Consulting is actively looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for the US market, a deep understanding of visa classifications, and expertise in various sourcing and hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for US-based IT positions. Source and screen candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.). Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms and negotiate rates accordingly. Engage and build relationships with candidates holding US Citizenship, Green Cards, and H1B visas. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with both candidates and clients. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and track applicants throughout the hiring process. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements. Ensure timely closure of positions to meet client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong understanding of visa types, especially US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B transfers. Proficiency in working with C2C, W2, and 1099 employment types. Hands-on experience with ATS and various sourcing platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
