Looking for a US IT Recruiter who has experience in handling Engineering Requirements Roles & Responsibilities : Result driven US Non-IT Recruitment professional with proven experience in direct sourcing techniques in Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Areas Minimum 4+ Years of previous IT recruiting experience (US Market) with a focus on permanent hiring mid to high-level candidates for on site assignments. With Engineering , semiconductor, pharma etc.. experience. Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Expert level sourcing techniques using Job portals, LinkedIn, social media. Good at Boolean search, X-ray search techniques. Hands on experience with types of US work authorizations & types of Visa. Hands on experience in Tax terms (W2, 1099) and C2C. Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through job portals and networking websites. Experience working with direct clients on W2 roles (No RPO/C2C/Implementation background).
