We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for clients across the United States. You will play a critical role in connecting top tech talent with exciting job opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, networking, and internal databases. Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Stay updated with industry trends and client requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0.6–3years of experience in US IT recruiting Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sourcing and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
