Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: 0 to 1 Year Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Vadodara . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen interest in learning the US staffing process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of experience looking to start or grow their career in US recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen potential IT candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) Understand job requirements and match qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and availability. Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and close candidates for assigned requisitions. Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. Work closely with the Account Managers and Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates. Follow up with candidates during the entire recruitment process and maintain relationships for future opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. 01 year of experience in US IT recruitment or willing to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under night shifts. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player. Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus.
