Job Description: We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to source and hire IT professionals for US clients. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating with clients. Responsibilities: Source candidates using job portals (Monster, LinkedIn, etc.). Screen and shortlist IT professionals based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews and manage hiring processes. Negotiate salaries and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain candidate records and follow compliance guidelines. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of IT technologies and US hiring trends. Willing to work in the EST night shift .
