Utilize W2 and C2C models to fill open positions. Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with clients. Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews for candidates. Ensure timely updates on candidate status throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2 & C2C). Strong understanding of technical interviewing techniques and ability to conduct effective phone screens. Proficiency in using dice, indeed, monster, usajobs platforms for sourcing candidates.
