Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based IT and healthcare roles. Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and engage suitable candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on progress. Ensure all candidates meet US legal and employment compliance standards, including verification of work authorization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and nurture a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs. Stay informed about US market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific insights for IT and healthcare. Requirements: 6 months to 5 years of experience in US recruitment for IT and healthcare domains. Basic understanding of US recruitment processes, employment laws, and visa types. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools. Flexibility to work during US time zones. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing tools. Proven ability to meet deadlines and recruitment targets. Knowledge of US visa processes and compliance requirements. Prior experience recruiting for IT and healthcare positions in the US.
