Job Description: Familiarity in Job-Posting and managing portals like, dice, monster, career builder, social networking sites. Dedicated to the US recruitment process with the responsibility to provide staffing needs based on the client and vendor requirements. Proactively Source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidate for client requirements Strong Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners. Working experience on Applicant Tracking systems (ATS) Experience negotiating rates with Consultants and employers Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills, salary requirements and negotiation. Strong experience working with US Citizens, Green Cards, H1 and EADs. Extensive experience working on W2/Fulltime requirements Will perform a high number of warm and cold calls (phone) to develop leads and business opportunities with candidate prospects. Understand client requirements and Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis. Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their job search. Require active coordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management, offer discussions, and on-boarding. Sending daily performance report to the Account Manager Ability to understand technical skills, latest buzz words in the industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruiting (US Market) Must have proficiency with web-based resume search, posting engines and ATS. Must have sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values, and behaviours. Demonstrated proficiency in time management. Ability to deal with multiple client’s requirements in multiple industries simultaneously. Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience, strong time management skills. High level of self-initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
